After recovering from TPL surgery, my beautiful yellow Labrador Noah again started to weaken in his back end. We were told it was neurological and the only thing we could do was PT to try to slow the decline. We started to see Susanne, Ashton and the crew and soon his weekly visit was one of Noah’s most exciting events of the week. He would see me put the bath towels in a bag and he would get up and wag his tail wildly, ready to go. That boy loved his massage! And that massage helped loosen up his overworked front end and helped him make it through the next week of overuse. Susanne and crew’s caring and compassion helped Noah live a year more than we thought he could. The exercises we were taught helped to slow the inevitable decline and kept him mobile much longer than anticipated. We are so appreciative of the kindness and empathy we experienced at NCRFC. They really care about your pet and about you as well. I can’t thank them enough for all they did for us and for helping us to keep my baby with us longer. Thank you so much!
